Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all locations within New Zealand.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: Calculated based on courier fees at checkout
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $99 NZD
- Express Delivery (Central Auckland only): Available at checkout for eligible addresses
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Central Auckland: Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
- North Island: 2 business days
- South Island: 3–4 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners (NZ Couriers and NZ Post) and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, and courier delays.
Order Processing
- In-Stock Items: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 hours during business hours
- Same-Day Dispatch Cut-Off: 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
- Weekend Dispatch: Limited Saturday dispatch may be available subject to courier operating schedules. No dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.
Tracking Information
All orders include tracking information, which will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery progress through the courier's website.
Special Delivery Locations
PO Boxes: Due to package sizing, we cannot guarantee delivery to PO Box addresses. We recommend providing a physical street address to ensure successful delivery. Nutri7.co.nz is not responsible for orders shipped to PO Boxes that cannot be delivered.
Rural Addresses: Rural deliveries are available but are subject to courier service areas and may incur additional delivery time. Rural delivery fees (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.
Product Storage and Shipping
Ready-to-drink (RTD) products and beverages are shipped at standard room temperature. We recommend refrigerating these products upon receipt if desired.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your package is lost or damaged during transit:

Damaged Packages: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, please take photos of both the packaging and any damaged products before contacting us at hello@nutri7.co.nz within 48 hours of delivery.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or building management. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Our Commitment: For confirmed lost or damaged shipments, we will work with you to either replace your order or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Returns and Exchanges
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. For full details on our return process, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
